VOLUNTEERS NEEDED – HYACKS FOOTBALL & CHEER
The Hyacks Football & Cheer Association is a dynamic non-profit organization powered by passionate volunteers. Our dedicated board members, coaches, team staff, and volunteers are the heart of our program, helping create incredible opportunities for youth in our community. Through the support of generous sponsors, fundraising initiatives, and registration fees, we are able to continue growing and providing meaningful experiences for our athletes.
We are incredibly grateful for the commitment of our volunteers and their families, who play a vital role in the success of our association. Their time, energy, and unique talents help make the Hyacks Football & Cheer program a positive and memorable place for young athletes to learn, compete, and thrive.
NEW FOR THIS SEASON – MANDATORY VOLUNTEER HOURS
In an effort to help our organization run more smoothly and ensure responsibilities are shared fairly, we are introducing mandatory volunteer hours for all families.
Each family will be required to provide a $300 volunteer deposit cheque, which will be returned once 6 volunteer hours have been completed during the fall season.
A $300 post-dated volunteer cheque (dated November 1, 2026 and made payable to RCHFC) must be submitted at uniform pickup. This cheque will be held in trust and will only be cashed if the required 6 volunteer hours are not completed by the end of the season. Please note this cheque will need to be separate from your uniform deposit cheque.

- Concession support at home games
- Fundraising events and initiatives
- Assisting at the Hyacks Gala
- Community events
- Field set up and take down
- MCing / event announcing
- Team support roles
- Other club events as needed

coaches needed
The Hyacks Football & Cheer Association is currently seeking passionate and dedicated coaches for the upcoming season.
We are looking for individuals who love working with youth and want to help mentor and develop athletes in both football and cheer. Coaches will have the opportunity to work with participants of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced athletes, helping them grow in a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment.
Previous coaching experience is an asset, but not required. Training, guidance, and support will be provided.
